The hand-held device has an intuitive, colour interface and data-logging, and also allows for the real-time detection of airborne dusts, fumes and aerosols.

The rugged design of the instrument makes it a long lasting product and ensures confidence when in use.

As well as the applications listed, the Microdust Pro is also suitable for conducting spot checks and walk-through surveys of ambient and indoor workplace facilities.

Casella have designed the CEL 712 Microdust Pro to have some unique selling points, some of which are exclusive to the market.

Amongst these are 0-250 g/m3 measurement ranges which will not overload and provides accurate result. The instrument has the ability to be calibrated onsite.Applications2

The CEL 712 also features a detachable probe to assist risk management and a large memory and USB download which save both time and effort.

To ensure maximum accuracy for the application of the CEL 712 Microdust Pro, the instrument can be used with an optional TUFF Air Sampling Pump and gravimetric adaptor.

This means user-defined dust-type settings may be obtained and a correction factor for the actual type of dust being measured can be calculated.

AdditionalFeatures2Casella Management Software is used to store the results from the Microdust Pro and can be analysed at a later time. These results may include time history of dust level or the times and extent of ‘dusty’ events.
