Now available at Frontline Safety is a newly developed disinfection solution, developed for small/large indoor and outdoor areas as well as people and goods. With three different products: Disinfection turbine, Disinfection backpack and the Disinfection Tunnel. Lets explore what these solutions look like in application.

Indoor and Outdoor Disinfection

Regular disinfection is the only method of ensuring working areas and public areas and free of dangerous bacteria, fungi and viruses. These solutions allow you to distribute harmless disinfectants both indoors and outdoors over large surface areas.

How does it work?

The disinfectant is atomised into a fine mist that's made up of tiny droplets. When sprayed this fine mist settles over all surfaces, even reaching hidden corners. This is all thanks to its slow speed of sedimentation.

#1 - disinfection tunnel

The disinfection tunnel is essentially an open-air shower, allowing people to disinfect themselves from head to toe. The nozzles inside activate when a user enters the tunnel and they are sprayed from all side. Before exiting users can disinfect shoes, phones, bags etc. When the user exits the nozzles automatically switch off. Making it a great solution for public places such as hospitals, hotels, workplaces. The flow of the tunnel is 1 litre per minute and one 5L canister converts to 750L of disinfectant allowing up to 4,500 people to be disinfected within 750 minutes.

#2 - disinfection backpack

The disinfection backpack is suited perfectly for use on small areas, such as office buildings, schools, trucks, cabins and more. Furthermore, the flow of the backpack is 0.0054L per minute, meaning one 5L canister works for 231 hours of operation.

#3 - large area solution

Finally, the large area solution. Ideally suited for the distribution of disinfectant in large areas as it comes with a dosing pump, that mixes the disinfectant perfectly. This can be applied in outdoor areas as well as large indoor areas. Additionally, this has a reach of up to 50 metres and a water flow of 4/L per minute. With a 10L canister converting to 1500L of disinfectant, users can cover 4,000m² in 60 minutes.

What is the Disinfectant?

The 'defender' disinfectant removes bacteria, viruses and fungi quickly and easily. The biodegradable solution is completely harmless to people and the environment. Odourless, colourless and non-toxic, this reliably gets to work in a short period of time. Also hosting a high residual effectiveness of at least 18 hours.
