It’s a temperature monitoring kit and the choice of probes inside allows you to measure the temperature on various surfaces. The penetration probe is suitable for measuring water to a minimum depth of 25mm, while the ribbon surface probe can be used to take the temperature of tanks and pipes. Finally,the wire probe is designed to measure hard-to-reach or awkward places where the other probes aren’t suitable.

We have a variety of coloured silicone boots available to purchase which can help protect your Therma 1 thermometer.  When used in conjunction with the boot the Therma 1 becomes splash-proof to IP64.

It’s possible to change your probes about, so long as you purchase a "type k thermocouple probe". This allows you to adapt your Therma 1 to other applications including building maintenance and industrial processes.
