Suitable for applications including chill cabinets, fridges and freezers. The ETI Air and Gas Probe will provide a temperature reading within a response time of less than 0.5 seconds.
Use the Air and Gas Probe from ETI to measure air temperature in a range of applications. The probe has an extremely fast response time of less than 0.5 of a second. This particular version of the probe has a coiled lead.
Part of a range of handheld temperature probes, the air and gas probe can be specifically used in chill cabinets, fridges, freezers, offices and storage areas. The probe should be used with thermometers and data-loggers with type K thermocouples.
ETI offer additional information on the response time of the penetration probe. The response time is the time taken for the sensor to reach 66.6% of the final reading. This is the industry standard means of measuring probe response times. The times are dependent on the substance being measured so it’s difficult to suggest an accurate response time without knowledge of the application.
