The MicroTherma 1 is a microprocessor thermometer, suitable for automatic re-calibration.
The microprocessor allows the instrument to continuously and automatically carry out self-diagnostic re-calibrations. Readings can be adjusted to offset any probe errors which also corrects any inaccuracies of the thermocouple probe.
Each thermometer used thereafter will store, display the offset and be adjusted for the known probe error. This has the advantage of maximising system accuracies. Your chosen thermocouple probe type is chosen through the touch of a button.
