This version of the Thermapen ONE Blue Thermometer comes with infrared (IR) and a penetration probe, giving users the option of what temperature measurement mode they would like to use. These options combine 2 of ETI's leading ranges, the Raytemp Blue IR thermometer and the Thermapen Blue thermometer - removing the need for two separate instruments. The IR function will only work when the probe is in the closed position.
The infrared (IR) uses a max/min function and has a distance-to-target ratio of 5:1, so users should ensure the instrument is positioned as close to the target as possible.
Use the Thermapen IR Blue Thermometer with ETI's HACCP Le App to have your temperature data in the palm of your hand (from any distance up to 50 metres).
The external casing of the ETI Thermapen IR Blue has a Biomaster Antimicrobial Technology that will reduce bacterial growth on the surface of the monitor. Additionally, the Thermapen IR Blue has an IP67 rating making it waterproof and allowing for easy cleaning.
As well as IR, this thermometer comes supplied with a reduced tip and stainless steel penetration probe that can be folded 180 degrees for easy and convenient storage when the thermometer is not in use.
