The Saf-T-Log Thermometer is a paperless temperature recording device from Electronic Temperature Instruments (ETI) Ltd. It’s suitable for a wide range of applications.
The thermometer is suitable for use with thermometers with a type K thermocouple. The Saf-T-Log is able to measure, store, download and print HACCP reports without having to keep manual paper logs. Readings can be automatically uploaded to a PC when reconnected.
Windows software can be used to create a list of up to 300 common items you would routinely measure. You can also set up 10 corrective actions and up to 25 users. Set a high and low temperature limit for each item so that the user is given an instant on-screen pass/fail feedback or a ‘yes/no’ on non-temperature items.
The Saf-T-Log can record up to 1000 readings; it’s as simple as scrolling and pressing a button. Corrective actions can be selected should a reading prompt a ‘fail’ or ‘no answer’.
Please note that the Saf-T-Log does not come with a probe.
