The Data Temperature Recorder (DTR) from ETI Ltd is able to print records of temperature measurements in the food industry and similar industries.
Please note: the DTR does not come with a probe.
It may be used in applications such as fridges and freezers where regular checks are needed. The DTR has been designed with HACCP and health and safety procedures in mind.
The software provided with the ETI Data Temperature Recorder will allow you to set programmable temperatures (i.e. chilled, frozen and ambient food temperatures) and personalise printed tickets. Information can include the contact details, company name, address and logo.
Printing can be done through the keypad on the DTR or through a button on a thermistor probe. The advantage of this is the production of hard copy evidence of whether a delivery can be rejected or accepted against programmable limits.
