The ETI CaterTemp digital food thermometer has a high system accuracy of ±0.4°C and can test food temperatures between -49.9 to 299.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
The CaterTemp is the ideal solution for food processing and catering applications. Its outer casing is ABS, which includes biometric protection to reduce the growth and spread of bacteria. A simple power supply of 3x AAA batteries and an auto power off after 10 minutes of no use maximises battery life. The thermometer comes supplied with an integrated food penetration probe with a 130mm pointed stem and a 1m coiled PU lead to provide flexibility while taking temperatures.
